For the Protocol to enable new business models based on data for Ad Tech, we will need it to handle:‌
  • incentivizing data provisioning (for growing the data pool);
  • querying (for locating data meeting certain conditions);
  • addressability and negotiation (to enable data sharing agreements);
  • data provenance/ attribution tracking (for revenue split calculation);
  • payments (for revenue split).
